The tools on this website

This website carries a readiness status check and links to the PINT-AE Invoice Validator. Both are published to help teams orient themselves, and both state a position rather than certify one.

The status check reports dates drawn from published legislation against the answers you give it, and runs entirely in your browser. The validator checks a file against a specification. Neither output is a compliance assessment, an audit, an assurance opinion or a statement that an organisation meets its obligations, and neither should be presented to a tax authority or any other party as if it were.

No warranties

This website and its content are provided as they stand and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will run uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete or current at the moment you read it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Contiqa For Tax Consultancies L.L.C S.O.C and its affiliates carry no liability for loss or damage of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive — arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published here.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the applicable law keeps in place.

Third-party links

This website links to legislation, official publications and third-party sites. Those links are a convenience. We have no control over what they contain, take no responsibility for it, and linking implies no endorsement.

Communications

Submitting a form on this website is how you consent to our replying to you, and subscribing to The Real-Time Tax Briefing is how you consent to receiving it. Either consent may be withdrawn at any time. Our Privacy Notice sets out what we collect and how we handle it.
