Who we are
This website is operated by Contiqa For Tax Consultancies L.L.C S.O.C, a company registered in Al Fahidi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Technology and delivery support may be provided by its affiliate, Contiqa Systems Private Limited, incorporated in Guwahati, Assam, India. “Contiqa Systems”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this notice mean those companies together.
For any question about this notice or about personal data, write to [email protected].
What we collect, and where it comes from
Personal data reaches us through three forms on this website, and through each one you choose what to send.
The three routes
- Assessment request, on the E-Invoicing & Real-Time Tax page: your name, work email, organisation, role, the status of your Accredited Service Provider appointment and your current priority. Optionally, a phone number, the number of entities in scope, your ERP or source system, and any further context you write.
- Contact enquiry, on the Contact page: your name, work email, organisation, the service your enquiry concerns and the message you write. Optionally, your role and a phone number.
- The Real-Time Tax Briefing sign-up: your first name and your work email.
- The PINT-AE Invoice Validator, where you ask for a report: your name, email, phone number and the results of the validation. The invoice file itself is read in your browser and reaches no server, so we never hold it.
The assessment and contact forms also carry a separate, optional box to receive The Real-Time Tax Briefing. It sits apart from the consent to reply, is unticked when the page loads, and submitting a form without it means your details are used to answer you and for nothing else.
Every form records the consent you gave, together with the version of the wording shown to you at the time, so that what you agreed to stays demonstrable if that wording later changes.
Beyond this, we collect nothing. The status check on the E-Invoicing page runs entirely in your browser and the answers reach no server. The site sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising pixels and uses no behavioural analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as any host does.
Why we hold it
We hold what you send for the reason you sent it.
- To answer your enquiry, and to arrange and prepare for any discussion that follows;
- To send you the validator report you asked for;
- To send you The Real-Time Tax Briefing, where you have asked for it;
- To keep a record of the correspondence between us.
We will not use your details for a materially different purpose without telling you first, and we send marketing communications only to people who have asked for them.
Legal basis
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies — including visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — our basis for processing is your consent, given when you tick the box and submit a form. You may withdraw it at any time.
For visitors from the United Arab Emirates, processing follows UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. For individuals in India, it follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
Withdrawing consent leaves lawful anything we did while the consent stood.
Consent, and how to withdraw it
We work on an opt-in basis. The consent box on each form is unticked when the page loads, and submitting a form is the act that gives consent.
To withdraw it
- Use the unsubscribe link in any edition of the Briefing; or
- Write to [email protected] and ask us to remove your details.
Who else handles it
Two service providers process personal data on our behalf, and only to deliver this website and its email.
- Resend delivers the email a form generates — the notification to us and the acknowledgement to you. Its privacy policy is at resend.com.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps the server logs that hosting produces. Its privacy policy is at cloudflare.com.
- Kit holds the subscriber list for The Real-Time Tax Briefing and sends the editions. Your first name and email reach Kit when you subscribe, and only then. Its privacy policy is at kit.com.
- Cloudflare Workers delivers the validator report you request, carrying the details you entered and the validation results to your inbox.
We sell, rent and trade personal data to no one.
Where it goes
Resend, Cloudflare and Kit are based in the United States, so data you send through this website may be processed there, under data protection standards that differ from those in your own jurisdiction.
Where that transfer happens it rests on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the contractual safeguards we hold with those providers.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no analytics tools. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to serve the site securely; these follow nothing across other websites and serve no marketing purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and assessment correspondence is kept for 24 months from our last exchange with you, so that a conversation picked up later has its context. Briefing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Ask us to delete your data and we will do so within 30 days, subject to anything the law requires us to retain.
Children
This website addresses tax, finance and technology professionals, and is not directed at anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data through this site, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate;
- Ask us to delete it;
- Withdraw consent to marketing at any time; and
- Complain to your data protection authority.
Write to [email protected] to exercise any of these. We answer within 30 days.
